Yoga for Children-8 Weeks
Yoga is a time tested method to improve mental focus, discipline and physical well-being. It has also proven to help with managing the stresses in our lives, resulting in a sense of balance. This yoga class will help students improve their ability to focus and concentrate in school, daily life, as well as in other activities. They will learn simple techniques of breathing and stretching to help manage stress as well as build self-awareness for their busy lives.
